- The VIP MarketingHost is responsible for delivering exceptional service to VIP customers,ensuring they feel valued and well-supported throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests.
- Provide personalized service based on guest preferences and gaming activity.
- Handle bookings for transport, accommodation, F&B, and special requests.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Greet and farewell VIPs using names and membership numbers.
- Track and report VIP rewards, activities, and preferences accurately.
- Communicate professionally and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Ensure clear shift handovers and submit daily reports.
- Support VIP promotions and stay updated on current benefits.
Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma with at least 3-year experience in hospitality industry or College Diploma
Experience:
- Having working experience at hospitality industry is a plus.
Other Prerequisites:
- Candidates must be fluent Chinese.
- Basic English communication skill.
- Shift work: one shift will be fixed for one week, then rotated (Shift A: 6 AM – 2 PM, Shift B: 2 PM – 10 PM, Shift C: 10 PM – 6 AM).
