Club V’s Policy

Internal Rule of Entrance

As extracted from Internal Management Rules on the Business of Prize-winning Electronic Games at Club V‍

Players are foreigners and overseas Vietnamese wholawfully enter Vietnam with their passports or international travel documentsissued by a foreign competent authority and have a valid residence permit inVietnam. Players have the civil capacity as stipulated by Vietnamese law whenplaying electronically with the prize at Club V.
Subjects are permitted to entrance to Clubincluded: subjects are permitted to play, employees of Club V, members ofInternal Control Department, service providers, government officers areassigned the task of checking and inspecting at Club V according to provisionsof law.
Players must prove their eligibility to play and toregister at the reception desk before entering the Club V.
For Club V’s staff and member of The Board ofcontrol are permitted to enter and leave Club V to perform theirresponsibilities as BINH MINH and Club V’s stipulations or the work requires bytheir functions, tasks mentioned in the Club V’s regulations.
For Experts, foreign contractors, who provideservices under the service contracts and cadres, civil servants of competentstate management agencies on duty of examination, inspection over enterprisesin accordance with law when entering, leaving Club V, they must present theirpapers to prove that they are implementing their tasks at Club V.
Subjects who can play and enter, leave Club V arenot permitted to bring sharp, pointed items; weapons; materials which can beeasy to detonate; kinds of wide, beer; liquid which contains alcohol; stimulantand habit-forming matter into Club V or taking photograph or filming in Club V(except Club V control system) is strictly prohibited.
Club V have the right to refuse persons eligiblefor playing games to enter the Club V if they are getting drunk on wide, beer;or stimulant, habit-forming matter or have the attitude of non-compliance ofInternal rules on entrance and other regulations related to business activitieson prize-winning electronic games at Club V.
People authorized to enter and exit the Club V mustcomply with the fire prevention regulations, internal rules on entrance, andother regulations relating to the Club V and other related regulations of thelaw.
Any persons eligible for playing games at Club Vshall be solely responsible for any loss, damages or injuries caused bythemselves.

Additional Entry Regulations

As extracted from Internal Management Rules on the Business of Prize-winning Electronic Games at Club V

In accordance with Vietnamese law, individuals with a history of crimes such as drug use, fraud, or assault, or those found engaging in illegal activities such as monetary transactions within the venue, may face entry restrictions.
Furthermore, starting in 2025, electronic cigarettes will be restricted by Vietnamese government regulations. Their use, possession, or bringing them into the venue will be prohibited.
Club V is committed to providing a safe and fair environment for all guests to enjoy.

Summary of Game Rules at Club V

The purpose of Game Rules is to guide players about the Game Rules, playing methods, winning and payout explanation, the other activities related to prize-winning electronic game with prizes at Club V.
This Game Rule can be disseminated, posted and issued leaflets publicly at Club V. The person who is allowed to play at Club V has obligations and responsibilities to learn this rule before joining in any games at Club. When the player decides to join in any games at Club V which means the player have to accept the entire contents of Club V’s game rules.
Players are responsible for complying with the game rules, internal rules, and relevant internal management regulations of BÌNH MINH, of Club V, exercising full tax duties with State as prescribed by law. They are not allowed to use results of prize-winning electronic games at Club V for betting directly with each other.
When player causes any damage of game machine or a part of game machines by any physical blow or impact, Player must pay compensation for Club V in each specific case with its specific notice.
Limited maximum of the amount bonus from each machine according to the design of the supplier applying at Club V shall not exceed US$ 120,000 (in words: One hundred and twenty thousand United State Dollars), and Club V has responsibility only for the maximum bonus US$ 120,000 for each machine of each winner.
“Playing methods” means the player join a bet by running the game machines at Club, according to the instructions, the regulation in Chapter II of Game rule. Way of determining a win are specified in Chapter II of Game rule.
Players must contact the receptionist of Club V for providing full version of Game Rules.
All employees of BÌNH MINH, including CLUB V’s staff, who are allowed to play at CLUB V is obliged to abide by and shall implement this regulation.

Summary of Regulations on Assurance of Security

Summary of the regulations on assurance of security, order and social safety at Club V

The purpose of this Regulation to ensure the security, order and social safety; prevent crime and social evils; prevent fire and explosion at Club V. During the business operation, it must ensure that any situation may affect on the security, order and social safety at Club V is not allowed to occur.
Persons eligible for playing games and persons permitted to enter and leave Club V are not allowed to perform following acts:
- To bring sharp objects, weapons, explosive materials, inflammable substance, wines or beers, alcoholic liquids, addictive and addictive drugs to Club V.
- To carry out the acts of causing harm to the security and order, against the morality, customs of the nation such as the production, sales, transportation, distribution, possession, using or involving others in the use of weapons, explosives, drugs, pharmaceuticals, other chemicals.
- To use or disseminate the materials, information of reactionary and depravity and other prohibited acts as prescribed by law.
- To take photograph or record video in Club V (except for serving the works of management operations of Club V).
- To have gestures, vulgar words, provocations, teasing, offending the honor and dignity of other players or Club V’s staff.
- To use drugs, additive substances; disrespect, noisy, disorder, fighting or inciting others to fight; having an attitude of non- observance of Club V’s regulations.
- To participate in social evils such as drugs, prostitution, superstition, usury, money laundering and other illegal activities.
Club V reserves the right to quarantine and bring-out from Club V those persons who have been found to commit fraud, fraudulent practices, illegal activities, harassment that affect on the social security and safety at Club V.
Club V reserves the right to refuse persons to enter Club V if they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or additive substances; or have an attitude of non-observance of this Regulation and other regulations related to the prize winning electronic games business at Club V.
Players must contact the receptionist of Club V for providing full version of this Regulation.
All employees of BÌNH MINH, including Club V’s staff, who are allowed to play at Club V is obliged to abide by and shall implement this Regulation

Machine Reservation Rules

Slot Machine Reservation Policy

Club V allows player reserve ‘A slot’ for half hour-idle mode for a meal, phone call and going to toilet etc. This is only applicable to the request from the players. Any credits left after 30 minutes will be held by CLUB V and repaid to player. However, it can be extended to extra half hour-idle mode if player contacts to CLUB V to update from time to time whether is any changing for giving notice of unexpected matter arises or emergency case once per day, ONE or higher membership card holder is allowed 1-hour reserve.
If the amount of money that a customer loses from each machine in a day (8:00 AM ~ 8:00 AM next day) is more than $2,000 to under $3,000 (based on the membership card play, it’s not accumulated with the game amounts from a previous day), please inform Club V of machine reservation before leaving. A player is allowed to reserve “A slot” 2 hours’ idle mode. It can be extended to extra 4 hours’ idle mode once per day if a player contacts Club V through hot line mobile: 0903.747.088.
If the amount of money that a customer loses from each machine in a day (8:00 AM ~ 8:00 AM next day) is more than $3,000 to under $5,000 (based on the membership card play, it’s not accumulated with the game amounts from a previous day), please inform Club V of machine reservation before leaving. A player is allowed to reserve “A slot” 10 hours’ idle mode. It can be extended to extra 14 hours’ idle mode once per day if a player contacts Club V through hot line mobile: 0903.747.088. A Slot machine is released to the public automatically if a player is not present before that time comes to an end. A player is strongly recommended to check mobile message from Club V for more detail and accurate information.
If the amount of money that a customer loses from each machine in a day (8:00 AM ~ 8:00 AM next day) is more than $5,000 (based on the membership card play, it’s not accumulated with the game amounts from a previous day), please inform Club V of machine reservation before leaving. A player is allowed to reserve “A slot” 24 hours’ idle mode. It can be extended to extra 28 hours’ idle mode once per day if a player contacts Club V through hot line mobile: 0903.747.088. A Slot machine is released to the public automatically if a player is not present before that time comes to an end. A player is strongly recommended to check mobile message from Club V for more detail and accurate information.
If the amount of money that a customer loses from each machine in a day (8:00 AM ~ 8:00 AM next day) is more than $10,000 (based on the membership card play, it’s not accumulated with the game amounts from a previous day), please inform Club V of machine reservation before leaving. A player is allowed to reserve “A slot” 48 hours’ idle mode. A Slot machine is released to the public automatically if a player is not present before that time comes to an end. A player is strongly recommended to check mobile message from Club V for more detail and accurate information.
A customer is requested to reserve one machine only. However, ONE level and above membership card holder is allowed to reserve maximum 2 machines. When 3 slot machines are reserved, Club V has the right to release the machines without prior notice.
Reservation for more than 2 slot machines at the same time are not permitted even if they meet the above requirement. If any of slot has no credits, reserving for half hour-idle mode is not applicable in this occasion, player has to either yield to the public, otherwise player has to start the cash play immediately.
Mechanical damages caused by any action of a customer charge you at least $2000. Any threatening gesture is immediately banned.
If a player leaves slot which has credits left to enjoy Interblock game, it only allows reserving 2 hours-idle mode for regular players, and 3 hours-idle mode for ONE or higher membership qualification once per day. It is prohibited if playing only few bets few times after the time end to extend the reserve time again. Player is requested to Auto Play or to yield the machine to the public.
The regulations above are strictly applied all the time and Club V reserves the right to cancel or modify these regulations at any time without prior notice.
Exceptional and additional regulation
- Membership benefits, upgrades and complementary are given to players who played with owned membership card and the amount of benefits are determined by the played turnovers in management system.
- Earning points through an inappropriate way is completely invalid for applying membership qualification, complimentary service and promotions.
- Denomination increment is available upon request.
