Terms & Conditions
1. Stay Voucher
- To use the voucher, customers must contact Club V to arrange and confirm their stay.
- Customers must complete their stays between 1 Sep and 31 Dec 2026. Stays occurring outside this period will not be eligible.
- The voucher may be used for any room type and any number of nights, provided that the total accommodation cost does not exceed $1,000.
- If the total accommodation cost is less than $1,000, the remaining balance will not be refunded, exchanged for cash, or carried forward.
- If the total accommodation cost exceeds $1,000, the customer must pay the difference.
2. Flight Voucher
- Customers must contact Club V to arrange their flight booking.
- Bookings made directly by customers are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Each Flight Voucher is valid for one-way airfare only and valid until 31 December 2026.
- Customers are required to complete their eligible flights between 1 Sep and 31 Dec 2026. Flights occurring outside this period will not be eligible.
- Either the departure point or the destination must be Ho Chi Minh City's Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN).
- The voucher covers airfare up to $500. If the airfare is less than $500, the unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or carried forward.
- If the airfare exceeds $500, the customer must pay the difference.
3. Mid-Autumn gift
- The gift may vary depending on the promotional period and stock availability.
All monetary rewards will be issued as FREEPLAY.
Customers who register before the package ends will remain eligible and may continue to receive the package benefits until the end of their individual 30-day eligibility period.
