Kindly inform that when redeeming points for any amount, customers would receive free play.
1 POINT = 1 CENT
More than that, you also can redeem points for hotel services like hotel room, spa voucher, buffet voucher, Mad Cow voucher and Golf voucher.
Please check the discount rate which is only for I level and above:
SIGNATURE: 50%
ONE+: 30%
ONE: 20%
V: 15%
I: 10%
The discount rate will be applied for redeemed points as the second slide.
Apart from free play voucher, the rewards are also hotel room, spa voucher, buffet voucher, Mad Cow voucher and Golf voucher.
Depending on which reward customer would like to use and which level of customer, different redeemed points are required.
The table on the left side refers to the total points (already applied the discount rate mentioned above) that would be redeemed for each level and the displayed point is for 1 room night/1 voucher only.
Please contact the reception for any reservation checking. Club V recommends you to book in advance for better service.
