📌 Terms and Conditions

- Only complete 5,000-point blocks are counted. Any remaining points below 5,000 will not be counted or carried forward.
- Each customer can redeem a maximum of 15 tickets per week.
- Any tickets redeemed beyond the weekly limit will be carried over to the next Lucky Draw.
- Tickets must be redeemed at least 30 minutes before the 8 PM Lucky Draw.
- Tickets redeemed after 7:30 PM will be carried over to the next Lucky Draw day.
- All tickets will be placed in 1 draw box. Tickets not selected at the 8 PM draw will remain in the box for the 9 PM, 10 PM, and 11 PM draws.
- Customers must be present when their names are called during the Lucky Draw. Otherwise, the prize cannot be claimed on their behalf and will be awarded to the next eligible customer.
- All prizes will be issued in Freeplay.
