Job description

Job Summary:

- The F&B Staff is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverageservice to all guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. This role ensures accuracy in order taking and delivery, maintains strict hygiene and safety standards, supports stock and equipment management, and contributes to a smooth daily operation of the F&B department. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Take, confirm, and serve food and beverage orders accurately and on time, following quality standards.

- Follow proper food preparation and presentation procedures according to hygiene and safety regulations.

- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and perform regular equipment cleaning to ensure a safe environment.

- Monitor and restock inventory promptly; report any operational issues to supervisors.

- Check, set up, and prepare all necessary service tools and equipment before each shift.

- Keep guest tables and service counters clean, tidy, and ready at all times.

- Comply with company policies, service procedures, and F&B operational standards.

Requirements

Education:

- High School Diplomawith at least 3-year experience in hospitality industry or College Diploma

Experience:

- Having working experience at hospitality industry is a plus.

Other Prerequisites:

- Female candidates only,aged between 22 and 30.

- English communication skills.

- Shift work: one shift will be fixed for one week, then rotated

(Shift A: 6 AM– 2 PM, Shift B: 2 PM – 10 PM, Shift C: 10 PM – 6 AM).

- Applications must be submitted in English.

- Interview will be conducted entirely in English.
